He has reported on the implications for the WA planning system of introducing a sustainability scorecard. Cockburn Coast District Structure Plan Peer Review:Brian was engaged to facilitate a Peer Review process to review a Draft District Structure Plan for the Cockburn Coast. This area provides a unique opportunity for an urban regeneration project to implement Network city principles close to Fremantle. Brian facilitated two workshops with eminent urban experts and drew on his extensive knowledge of the planning issues in the area, and provided feedback and advice on the DSP.
